SAH 201
There is little to distinguish 201 from any other room that has been entered.
Well, except from the skeleton of a staircase that appears to lead up to what could be a third floor. Most of the stairs are missing, those that are left are damaged beyond what would be considered to try to step upon.
Besides, why risk it? The door at the top of the stairs has no knob and appears to be shut tight and quite immobile.
