YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS THIS PART AFTER ALL THREE PLAQUES ARE IN THE CLOCK TOWER

The roof of the school is pretty ordinary. A chain link fence surrounds it, to keep anyone from falling off the building.

There is a drainage pipe that runs around the inside edge, above the courtyard. In a hole at one end of the drainage pipe, you can see a key, too far down to reach. At another juncture, there is a second hole, and far down at the beginning of the drain is a water pipe with a handle. Turning it causes water to rush down through the first hole.

Now if only there were a way to block the first hole and get the water to go to the second...

Once you block the hole

The key will be washed down into the courtyard. This key will unlock the clock tower.
