ME Lobby
Welcome to Midwich Elementary, the premier (and only) elementary in Silent Hill. The lobby is where you enter, and it's not the most inviting place. Dead flower husks fill cracked vases, everything is coated in dust and rat droppings, and there's a discarded pair of boots in the corner coated in some kind of dark, dried liquid - child sized.
On the wall by the door, there's a large blackboard. An old and faded banner above it denotes it as the Announcement Board. There's three papers here:

A potion grants you the sun

The dragon's hoarding dungeon
Exchange a ring for the moon

The knight's retreat
A beast has stolen the stars
Inside one of the broken vases is a health drink. Take care not to cut your hand as you reach in!
